A versatile and delicious breakfast can be enjoyed in a pleasantly spacious space, with music playing in the background and the sea shining out the window.
\nThe breakfast menu includes traditional hot dishes: porridge, potatoes, oven baked omelette, bacon, eggs, etc. Our hotel has taken a step towards Sustainable Culinary by committing to source only cage-free eggs. There is everything you need to make a delicious sandwich: bread, ciabatta, cheese, ham, vegetables, olives, fish, and there is no shortage of spiced sprat and much more. In addition, fruits, muesli, various domestic crisps, yoghurt and juice. We have paid special attention to the beef liver pate and salted salmon made by our chef, which are real hits. Choose latte, cappuccino or black coffee for breakfast \u2013 it\u2019s all ready!<\/p>\n

The name of our restaurant is inspired by the name of the town of Baarle, which is located on the border between two countries and has a fascinating history.
\nResidents of the town live with one foot in Belgium and the other in the Netherlands, and because of the city\u2019s geographical location they consider themselves the lucky holders of \u2018dual nationality\u2019. An everyday visit to the pharmacy or bakery becomes a border crossing. Even in an apartment, the kitchen can be in one country and the living room in another, meaning that international cuisine is also enjoyed in its homes.
\nGuests of our restaurant find themselves in a similar situation when enjoying dishes from different regions of the world. We use a lot of local ingredients to create world-class \u2013 but also little-known international dishes \u2013 and complement them with our own twists and nuances.
